What does it cost?

Our Centre hours are 7.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Most children have arrived at Preschool by 9.00 am and this is encouraged. So that no child misses out, our core curriculum operates between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. Outside these hours, each child has personal development activities, inside group time and outdoor play.

Our Centre is open 52 weeks a year. Being situated close to Erina Fair, we specially cater for those in our community who work in the retail sector, recognising that the Christmas holiday period is the busiest time of the year. 

We are closed on Public Holidays and you are not charged for these days.

Our Daily Rates vary slightly depending on the age group and the 'staff to child' ratio that is required.

These costs do not include the Federal Government subsidies. These are administered by the Family Assistance Office and they depend on your family's income. The lower your income the greater the subsidy. For ease of administration for you, this subsidy, once agreed between you and the Family Assistance Office, is paid directly to us.

You pay the remaining portion on a fortnightly basis or for a school term. This cost forms your Out-of-Pocket expenses, and centrelink may pay you a further subsidy of 50% of these costs if you qualify for the 15-hour-per-week Work/Study Test. This subsidy is called the CCR (Child Care Rebate).  This rebate is paid automatically to you on a quarterly basis.  So for a family wanting to send one child to Preschool, it would cost approximately
